Other Details to Note
PARKING: Guests should park on the street and use the guest parking pass that allows parking in resident permit spaces on the street. DO NOT park in the parking lot next to the condo.

BUGS: There are critters in the mountains so you might find some unwelcome guests. We do have regular, monthly pest control so you might see some critters that didn’t make it. By booking, you understand that is a possibility during your stay and understand that there will be no refunds related to bugs getting into the property. We will be happy to work with you to get pest control back out if necessary.
CAMERAS: In an effort to maintain secure premises, the condo is equipped with an exterior camera. There are no cameras facing the inside of the condo.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your investment with unexpected travel related issues.

This condo offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
