Very inexpensive and close to main highways. A little tired and in need of minor repairs and sprucing-up. Bed was comfy with clean sheets. Questionable neighborhood and area.

A place to lay your head for the night

I just needed a place to lay my head for the night on a trip so I wasn't looking for anything extra. Pretty basic motel.The bed was comfortable and the owner was friendly. Cleanliness was okay, nothing glaring but there are a few things that were given less detail and attention.

Light over bed did not have bulb. Tissue dispenser in bathroom had no tissues. Electric outlet next to window: both sockets were 2-prong not 3-prong, one socket had no power at all. Only one key available, not two. No table to sit at. Could hear next-door occupants' conversation.

It is a small town motel. Even though it was dated, it was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was accommodating for our late night arrival.

The air conditioning didn’t work and it was incredibly hot. The people around our room were very loud and very concerning for an older woman traveling with her two young grandchildren. I left at first light and didn’t stay there the second night. I was also told I could not get anything reimbursed which doesn’t seem right.

The motel was fine. It served its purpose.

The pictures accurately reflected the large room. The staff in the lobby were friendly. There was no carpeting and it was great to have the fake hard wood. Feels much cleaner and sanitary. The beds were satisfactory. Each queen bed had two pillows. Would have been good to have a few extra pillows but there were no extra pillows or blankets. The bathroom was clean. There was not enough toilet paper and by the time we noticed the lobby was closed for the night.

This was fine for passing through the Lake Sunapee area. A good price and nice service. A working small fridge but no ice available (is less than 1/2 mile drive though).

Manager/Owner greeted us along with another staff member. Received a phone call asking if we would be arriving before 8pm (time the office closes); we did; we where about 3 minutes away Staff very friendly. Room clean and we got an upgrade.
