This was our first stay in a b and b. The meals were wonderful and there were many choices of side items. The building was recently refurbished and is very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful stay as part of a longer trip

Lovely, immaculate inn with high quality amenities in the room. Lovely comfortable bed, fab shower and looked freshly decorated / well maintained. Breakfast was delicious each day and the chance to eat outside on a morning was a real treat for us. Staff were really welcoming and helpful at both check in and throughout the stay. Parking tricky in Newport but the parking was close by and a great inclusion in the service. Just need to drop luggage before parking. We had Room 3 which was on the entry floor but lovely and quiet.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful elegant Inn. The room was superb, gorgeous shower and the location couldn’t be better in the heart of Newport. Breakfast was delicious and view from 3rd floor deck was amazing!! Can’t wait to visit again.

Everything was great. The Innkeeper was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious! Freshly made every morning. I didn’t find the bed very comfortable, but that was a personal opinion. The location was fantastic. All in all, it is a great place to stay.

Our new 'must stay' spot

This is our new must stay for Newport. Very fun and friendly service, easy check in. Great view from the rooftop, a wonderful spot to have breakfast and a delicious way to start a day of Newport sightseeing. Parking is off site yes but an easy walk near places you want to walk by anyway. Special thanks to Serena and also Toni for their hospitality. Looking forward to our next stay!

Our stay here was great!! Serena was so accommodating and called ahead to ask about arrival time + dietary restrictions for daily made breakfasts which were incredible, and included in cost of stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and updated and the roof deck was just an extra perk! Will recommend to others, and if I’m back in Newport I will definitely stay here.

Ideal location, 5-star breakfast

We stayed at Outlook Inn for 4 nights in May ‘25, and I can’t recommend it enough. It’s a beautiful and totally renovated historical Bed & Breakfast in a central location where you can pretty much walk everywhere. Free parking is available at a shopping center about 6 minutes away. There is another parking option right around the corner at $20/day. Our room was very spacious and beautifully appointed. What made our stay super special was a 5-star gourmet breakfast on the open roof top veranda overlooking the city center and the bay. A huge shout out to our host Serena for her hospitality!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it’s just phenomenal. The Innkeeper is so nice and helpful. The rooms are updated, clean and comfortable. You receive a made to order breakfast as part of your stay. It’s not only delicious but they will accommodate food allergies. I have a gluten allergy and they’re always prepared to accommodate it! I will always stay here if I’m going to Newport!
