Upon arrival the elevator was not working, as they said they were cleaning them. However, there was no sign posted on the elevator doors to notify people waiting in the parking garage. After waiting 15 minutes, I walked around to the lobby to tell them, as a person traveling with us recently had knee surgery and needed the elevator. We even confirmed there was an elevator due to her current medical situation. When I told the front desk personnel, she literally shrugged and smirked at me. Then another female employee came over and told her that the elevator had been closed. I felt that the evening front desk personnel were rude and unprofessional. I have never had a hotel staff be that nonchalant and not even try to help the customer. The morning front desk personnel were very friendly. Also, if you want a hotel with air conditioning, then this one is not for you. There is no air conditioning and they told us at the front desk to open our windows, which do not have screens on them to prevent bugs from coming in. The positives were a clean hotel and location near water.

It is a nice hotel by the beach. The view of the beach from our room balcony was my favorite. They prepared a welcome snacks for us. The hotel has plenty of parking and walkable to dining areas. Will definitely recommend.

Easy access to the beach. All of the staff was so very friendly. The Restaurant and Bar have great fire pits outlook the ocean. Super pet friendly had treats and other amenities ready for my puppy when we got there. We’ll definitely stay there again.

Great stay. The staff so helpful and kind (had super boisterous kids above me and they helped me move) Let kids be kids, I say. If I was their age I’d be so thrilled to be there too. The beach was impossibly beautiful. Not very many options for food internally, but with views and atmosphere this good it was a great trade off for me. A little DoorDash did wonders.

Beautiful new property and remodeled rooms. Just gorgeous. It took a bit after the 4pm time to get checked in and they took $50 off our room which more than made up for the wait. Definitely coming again. Wish we could stay longer.

Ocean side views were good but ou rooms overlooked small houses rented out by Allred hotel that kind of spoiled the views of ocean. Had people staying in there cars on road between hotel and those rental houses. I guess that’s what you must expect along coast?
