I really enjoyed my stay. It's when entering a hotel room. Everything, everything was nice and clean and placed. Nothing out of order, everything worked properly. Besides, one light bulb in the floor lamp needed to be changed. The breakfast was excellent. Everything was hot and very pleasing. Never ran out of food. And the cafeteria was very clean this.The staff was very friendly that served food. I can really see myself returning.

The man who works the front desk was nice, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Room smelled like weed really bad. The whole room was filthy. Bathroom had hair all over it. The tables had chunks of food still on them. Floor didn't look vacuumed. We had young kids with us and they couldn't change our room because they were "out of rooms." Guy said all he could do was offer a refund. I said refund me for the next day (we booked 2 night) because it was midnight already. Well guess what? They refused to give me a refund. Said I stayed 2 nights when they know damn well I didn't. Tried to call the hotel and no one will call me back. I will never stay here again! Go down the street to the Comfort Suites. Soooo much better and CLEAN!

The room had a musty smell. The person that checked us in had some one hit his car and left us standing there for like 15 minutes. When he checked us in he did not give us any information so I assumed breakfast was until 10 but when I went down at 9:28 the lady told me everything was gone. The next morning I went down at 9:15 and saw other people come down a few minutes before 9:30 and she had already taken everything up. She even cuts off the juice machine so people that are still eating can’t even get more juice.

Clean by shoddy hotel near the mall

We had booked a king bed suite --- I thought. In fact, it was a small room with a king bed and sleeper couch and with the sleeper couch made into a bed, you could barely walk around the room. The staff at this hotel were amazing and friendly, but we had to go to the front desk numerous times -- wrong sheets for couch bed, broken lamp, TV not working, etc. All of the outlets were loose in the wall and nothing stayed plugged in. There were no usb outlets anywhere. THe shower flooded the bathroom even if you were careful with the curtain. Stains on the floor, stains on the couch and the couch mattress. Breakfast was good, but the design made it hard to get things when the inevitable rush happened.

Dim lighting, filthy couches in multiple rooms we were offered. Sagging bed that was low to the ground. Pot smell in some rooms and musty smell in others. Overall just disgusting and not the fault of the staff because they were very helpful and can only do so much with a run down property. We were given a refund and stayed somewhere else.

The best thing about the stay was the spaciousness of the room. The coffee machine was cool. However, the carpet was dingy and much of the furniture was broken down. The toilet did not flush properly.
