I checked out and did not stay because my carpet in room 138 was soaking wet and the room reeked of terrible mildew smell. After we called the manager on duty Mr. Zane, he told us there was nothing he could do and that the head manager was not available and wouldn’t call him back because he had a newborn at the house. We had to sleep in our car. I am terribly upset. I will be calling corporate offices. To this day Monday 5/5/2025 I still have not had a call from management at the hotel. Do not stay here. The front desk pictures on the site are the only true pic of the place.

Great place The Breakfast was the best part of our stay . We just got there the night before and we misunderstood that breakfast ended at 11 we got there at 10:00 and they were already shut down . I was like oh no I mis understood the time and the chef said no worries we are closed but I can make you something really quick if you wait a few minutes. The next thing you saw two waffles with sides potatoes eggs bacon . My daughter eyes were amazed. She said Mom this is the best part of the day so far. Everything was delicious and he was a great employee. He also was helpful with places nearby that we could check out during our stay.. He gets ***** five stars . Thank you.we look forward to tomorrows breakfast ......... Shout out to the cook........

Excellent stay! Comfortable room and bed, friendly staff, great breakfast! The guy running the breakfast was fantastic, and I let the manager know. Very close to several restaurants, as well as a large hospital. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in the area.

Family weekend in Hampton, VA

The carpeting and furnishings look new. The breakfast bar is decent. We booked a room with two queen beds, but the beds seemed to be about the width of a full bed, which made it a bit of a squeeze for me and my son, with both of us 6’ and about 220 lbs for me and 150 lbs for my son. Also, the second night we were there, the carbon monoxide detector (or maybe it was a smoke alarm) started making a faint sound like a Geiger counter every few minutes, which was annoying. Aside from the narrow bed and the faint but annoying sound, no other complaints.

Honesty, I would not stay here again. While I ovserved the beautiful landscaping outside the hotel and the interior inside appeared to be clean with nice decor but when I checked in, the attendant seemed unfriendly and talked on her personal cell phone when checking me in. I went into my beautiful hotel room only to find the bathroom had a moldy smell. They honestly need to find out what is causing this smell as this is not safe (or appealing) for guest. I also had a homeless person aggressively request money from me when parked at the hotel. He told me to open the door demanding for money and stood in front of my car for a minute making hand gestures.
