The hotel is ok. The breakfast was great and the man attending to the breakfast area was top notch. I wanted towels and tried calling. One room phone didn’t work, the other worked but no one picked it up. I went down to the front desk and no one was there either. Air conditioning is super loud, the suite was spacious enough for four people. I think some people live at this hotel.

We appreciated the kitchen staff so much!! The man (I wish I had caught his name) setting up breakfast made sure we had everything we needed even though we were earlier than the designated time. Very much appreciated that level of effort and service!

The property was nice, comfortable and in close proximity to dining and entertainment. The staff was awesome, respectful, and kind and check-in/checkout was a breeze. The only issue I had was with the non heated pool. One of the reasons why I booked here was because of the availability of an indoor pool, which the hotel had, but it was a disservice because my kids could not enjoy the pool because it was freezing cold. The heating element was not working. The temperature outside was also below freezing.

I would definitely book there in the future again.

Everything was clean. Everyone was polite. The bed was hard. The sheets were soft. Other than that no complaints here the gentleman at the front desk was sweet and polite.

Great overall experience

This location was not bad. It was clean and smelled good. The bed was firm though. But other than that it was nice. Bathroom was clean and well kept. Heat worked very well. Kevin at the front desk was very polite and had a great smile.

Great hotel

The front desk staff were great with getting me a portable crib for my baby, the hotel was clean! The breakfast was great all 4 nights we were there. The only bad thing was the bottom of the bathtub had a huge crack in it, which made it so I couldn’t give my daughter a bath.
