Shower pressure was like pouring water out of a boot, the shower itself was dirty. The room had a foul smell unclean. Staff would not refund due to booking through Expedia. Worse experience ever!

This was a great stay. The staff was great, room was excellent, pool was really nice, and location was really good. My biggest issue was that the hot tub was Out of Order. That was a main reason I booked this over other locations. I was really looking forward to using it and could not. Huge disappointment for me.

Was only staying one night, so I didn’t have time to use any amenities. I did order breakfast, and it was surprisingly good (eggs, bacon, potatoes, and sourdough toast). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Easy check in and easy check out. All good from my needs and preferences, and I tend to be on the particular side.
