Bring the whole family to our lovely home with lots of room for fun. This house was built in 2022 to accommodate every guest.
Patio/Boulder/Waterfall combo inspired by the 2023 HGTV Dream Home Backyard By Belgard was built in 2023 and will relieve all your stress.

If you're tired of renting houses with a long stairway case to the second floor, then our ranch style house is the house for you. 5 bedrooms with all queen beds along with 2 convertible sofas in the living room allow 14 people to sleep comfortably. A crib and toddler bed provide children with ample room. A 14-foot breakfast bar allows seating for 6 in addition to the dining area. And a curb free roll-in shower in one of 3 full baths provide accessibility for older guests and those with disabilities.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Run the first load of sheets in hot water. Don’t overload the machine. Leave the rest in the laundry room.
Take out trash to the trash cans, recyclables to recycle cans outside. If your stay including Wednesday, please put out cans to the street.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No drugs. No smoking. No pets. Don’t leave trash around the house. Throw trash in provided garbage cans.
Run all dirty dishes including coffee pot if it is used. Move used linen and towels to laundry room. Wash as much laundry if possible.
An extra cleaning fee of $125 charged to guests who leave house exceptionally messy, such as not washing dishes or first load of laundry.
