The hotel is very dated, looked like they remodeled part of it. The AC/Heater unit was super loud, I had to turn it off at night in order to sleep. The carpet was old and smelly. The bed was good. The room and bathroom were cleaned. Breakfast was not good, but couldn't complain too much, since it was included.

I had a great stay while visiting family. Rooms were clean, all staff were friendly, easy check in, breakfast was a plus, and a smaller workout room was always available. Great location and located near airport. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

The staff was nice.The room was nice.The amenity was nice. I think the only reason why I said it was good because it was noisy, like I can hear the neighbors really good and I always heard when someone upstairs or downstairs flushed the toilet.

I booked at this hotel because it had a POOL. Upon checking in, the front desk informed me that the pool is under renovation. This would have been helpful information to know upon booking my stay. I had 2 very disappointed kid's that had their swimsuits packed and ready to swim only to find out they could not swim. On a positive note. The staff was very polite, I walked past a staff member 4 times and each time she was very polite and said good morning, have a nice day, and Merry Christmas when i was leaving. The room was clean and the AC unit was nice and regulated the temperature im the room perfectly.

The room was great, clean with an amazing shower. Our overall stay was terrible for the two nights we were there. There was loud fighting in the room next to us that went on for a long time and when we reported it to the front desk they had to call the police to deal with it. At night, kids were literally running back and forth in the hallway. On our second night there was a malfunction of the fire alarm and it went off for nearly two hours from 1 to 3 AM. The clientele or guests were rough—cursing in public, loud talking and people coming down to the common area for breakfast in pajamas. It was not a restful stay. On the morning of check out, the housekeeping staff hung outside our door talking when we were not ready to get up and leave the room (before 9:30 am). This is not what we would expect from a Hampton Inn.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast each more was well stocked and the woman who prepared it on the days we were there is super friendly and talks with everyone in the area. She is a superstar. The room was clean and comfortable as well as the workout center.
