Friendly and polite staff. However, the hotel needs a deep cleaning and upkeep throughout the common areas. Floors, carpet and elevators are dirty. Didn’t appear to be swept, mopped or vacuumed in a long while. I don’t think one of the beds was changed from previous guest, as the sheets had hair and the pillowcase had blood on it.
The front desk staff was exceptional. We had a loud group of guests on our floor late at night and had to call down to the desk. They handled the situation quickly and efficiently.
Overall, exactly what you expect at a Holiday Inn. Clean, pretty comfortable and reasonably priced.
