The facility is slightly showing its age. However the staff is excellent .. friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast offers a nice choice .. we enjoyed the biscuits with sausage gravy. Will use the Holiday Inn Express on future visits to Hampton.

The handle in the shower need to be repaired. It was broken. Then the second day we were there the toilet blocked up no fault of ours. I told them late at night and they brought a plunger up. Normally any clog I’ve ever had could be cleared easily with a plunger to this never cleared. They had a major plumbing problem there.
