"Terrible experience—don't waste your time or money. They double-booked and canceled my reservation without informing me until the day of my arrival. They refused to issue a full refund, and there was a complete lack of communication. No one took accountability, and now, five days later, I'm still trying to obtain the remainder of my refund. Ridiculous!"
