I ended up finding a different place to stay. When I got to my new hotel I had three people tell me even the super cheap people don’t stay at the Red roof inn. There was big chunks of paint missing off several walls in the room. The whole upstairs heavily smelled like marijuana. The stairs had a fowl smell. I don’t think there was an elevator at least that I saw. The bed was very uncomfortable when I sat on it. I also might have seen blood on the floor but it could have been juice or something red… I didn’t feel safe staying there and didn’t want to

A couple of the staff at the front desk are wonderful!!!!! Debra especially but those people on night crew are very ridiculous and rude. I loved this place in the beginning but after awhile I began to hate it but it’s the cheapest so what can I say. Also I was checked into a dirty room one day and had to shower in cold water the next after a hard day of working BOTH DAYS!!!!!

I did NOT like arriving after checkin time & finding that they did or did not have a room ready.1st room assigned, 111, I think, became unavailable because not ready but it showed ready in their computer. Staff discussed this among themselves. I eventually was given room 201. I did NOT like being awakened at 2:50AM by someone tapping on my door telling me I had to move from the room, some such nonsense, he seemed under impression I was not in the right room. I told him about confusion at checkin, he left. 2:10 AM? Huh? I had a 5 hour drive in the morning and I had to endure being awakened because someone on staff had made an error in scheduling, room assignments, names, whatever? When I told the woman on duty this AM as I left at a little after 8AM, she didn't seem especially concerned. Facility is fine, my experience was awful. Perhaps a review of scheduling, record keeping is in order.

Very poor management very rude and unprofessional. We were tenants over 30 days and was late in the day with the payment, she wouldn't give us a break and ultimately tried to put us off the property without taking proper legal action. She called the police on us and everything and she was wrong and the officer let her know she was wrong. She never apologized either.

Not so bad

Great service since it changed to the red roof in and suites. Had a issue with the TV they came and fixed it by moving us to another room. Needs a bit of up keep but other than that great
