The apartment is located on the first floor of the east wing of the Rocklands building, offering a prime spot on the clifftop with panoramic vistas of Newquay Bay and the coastline. The open-plan design creates a bright, airy atmosphere, combining a comfortable lounge, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. The sleek, modern interiors are complemented by underfloor heating throughout, adding a cosy touch during the cooler months. The lounge features a corner sofa with recliners, a 49" Smart television, and a pull-down king-size bed hidden in the wall, providing additional sleeping options.
The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed, plenty of storage, and a love nest sofa, with direct access to the private terrace. The bathroom is well-appointed with a bath, standalone shower, WC, washbasin, and a heated towel rail, and complimentary toiletries are provided. The expansive terrace provides the perfect setting to watch the sunset, offering both lounge and dining furniture, making it an ideal spot for relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking sea views.
