Living room with a large corner sofa, chair with footstool, rocking chair, coffee table, local artwork, Smart TV, Sky sports and BT sports packages, and large doors leading onto the private balcony with sea views in the distance. Dining area with large wooden table, five chairs and a bench, seating up to eight guests. Fully equipped kitchen with Neff electric hob, oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kitchen island, two breakfast bar stools, digital radio, and door leading out a stunning three tiered garden. Lower ground floor with utility room consisting of washing machine and dryer. Table tennis available in the garage. WiFi.
