This contemporary holiday apartment is located in Pentire, a convenient spot from which to enjoy all that the neighbouring towns, beaches and villages of Newquay, Crantock, and Holywell bay have to offer. Whether on foot or by car, these apartments are the perfect base for a holiday spent exploring this exciting, energetic and beautiful part of Cornwall.

Deceptively spacious, Apartment No. 5 is ideally configured for families or friends looking to enjoy a North Cornish escape, that is less than 5 minutes walk to Fistral beach. Head in the opposite direction on foot, and cross the Gannel Estuary to reach the stunning Crantock beach. Just check the tides before setting off!

When entering the apartment, guests are welcomed into an oversized entrance hall, with plenty of storage space, before leading through to the open-plan contemporary kitchen, dining room and cosy lounge area. Recently redecorated, this light-filled space is the perfect spot to recline after a days adventures. For al-fresco dining, the lounge opens up onto a corner balcony, complete with dining set and partial sea views.

Adjacent to the living area, is the King size master bedroom; which is bright and spacious and has a juliette balcony, so that you can let in the coastal breeze whilst relaxing in bed! The second bedroom is also of a good size, and is configured as a twin, complete with access to the main balcony.

A large, family bathroom, equipped with a huge, modern tub and separate power shower is located close to both bedrooms.

Facilities include flat screen television with Freeview, stereo, gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher & washer/dryer. Travel cot and high chair are available are on request.

Please note, secure on-site parking is available, however it is limited to one car per apartment.

Parking in front of the apartments is limited to 45 minutes for drop off/collection only or un-loading.

This cottage offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
