Peaceful courtyard location (Menehay is Cornish for 'sanctuary').
Far reaching views across hills, countryside and the Atlantic Ocean.
Spacious open plan living/kitchen/diner with original beams giving it plenty of character.
Living room with sea views, 2 x two-seater leather sofas, leather tub chair, coffee table, Sony OLED HD 55 inch TV with Netflix.
Large wooden table and seating for six guests in the dining area, offering lovely sea views whilst you dine.
Snuggler chair with fabulous sea views.
Fully equipped kitchen gas hob, electric grill and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cafetiere, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and velux windows.
Central heating.
Hairdryer, iron and ironing board, travel cot, stair gates and high chair included.
Wi-Fi.

Sleeping:
Three bedrooms on the ground floor, sleeping six guests.
Master bedroom with king size bed, partial sea views, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside tables, lamps and en-suite shower room with WC, basin and shower.
Second bedroom with a king size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table and lamps.
Third bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp. Please note this is a small room with the double bed pushed up against the wall.
Family bathroom with walk in shower, basin and WC.

Outside:
To the front of the property is a garden with sea views, rocking chair, large round wicker table, six outside dining chairs and a BBQ for alfresco dining. Please note this in not an enclosed area.
At the rear, guests have communal access to a large paddock, with two picnic benches and sea views, perfect for relaxing in after a day of exploring the coast. Please note this is not an enclosed area.
Designated parking for two vehicles.
