Based on one of Newquay's most desirable town centre streets the property is close to the many restaurants, cafes and bars on offer. All of the stunning beaches and Newquay Harbour are also within easy reach. Private driveway parking spaces for 2 x small/medium cars or 1 large vehicle.
The Space:
It’s no exaggeration to say that the surrounding area of our home offers an endless supply of beautiful, family friendly walks and beaches that are guaranteed to keep children exploring every day of the week. Hugged by miles of sandy beaches offering world class waves, family friendly rock pools and calm water for paddle boarding there is something for everyone to enjoy on holiday here in Newquay!
Our stylish and modernised three storey is within walking distance of Newquay’s central and beating heart.
The property accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed (suitable for adults) and one with a king-sized bed that can also be made up as two single beds. All of which share a family bathroom plus there is a separate WC. On the second floor, there is an attic bedroom with a double bed which also has an ensuite bathroom and desk.
Inside the light, spacious & cosy living area boasts a feature electric fireplace and a large flatscreen TV with a complimentary Netflix subscription.
The large dining room creates a lovely hub for family meals and the fully equipped kitchen has all you need to prepare a light snack or even a hearty feast if you’re not planning on eating out or getting takeout.
The dining room also features a cool and retro “Legends Ultimate” 300 multi game arcade machine which will provide hours of family fun after a day at the beach!
There is a small rear courtyard & conservatory at the rear of the house. Plus it offers the rare gem of 2 private driveway parking spaces to the rear for 2 x small/medium cars or 1 space for a large vehicle.
We also welcome one well behaved pet free of charge.

The Neighborhood:
Set in central Newquay you’ll be nothing more than a yards from the beating heart and just minutes from Towan Beach & Newquay Harbour and the iconic and famous surfing spot, Fistral Beach, is nearby
Great Western Beach, Tolcarne Beach, Lusty Glaze Beach and Porth Beach are all within a walkable distance and Watergate Bay is just 3.4 miles from our door.
Getting Around:
Based seconds from the town centre makes this an ideal car free staycation. Everything is within walking distance so you can park up and enjoy everything on foot.
Newquay Train Station is just half a mile from our door and Newquay Bus Station for the National Express of Megabus is only 350 yards. You can also find the local buses to explore the North Coast towns and villages here.
If you are bringing the car we are within easy reach of attractions such as Eden Project, Lands End, Padstow, Truro just to name a few.
Other Things to Note:
We welcome one dog on the condition they are kept off sofas, out of bedrooms and not left in the property unattended.
Guests booking the property for partying are not welcome. The property has neighbours that must be respected and if we have complaints or the property is left in a poor condition, guests may be asked to leave and/or charged.
