Deer Hill is a newly built luxury mountain chalet completed in 2024, offering over 3,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed space just minutes from Sunday River Ski Resort and the golf course. This three-level retreat features five private bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and stunning mountain and slope views—perfect for large families, multiple couples, or group getaways in every season.
Highlights include a private hot tub and barrel sauna, a spacious game room with billiards, ping pong, arcade games, and Xbox, and an open-concept living area with soaring windows and a gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen, stocked coffee bars, outdoor dining deck with grill, boot dryer, and dog-friendly setup make this home equally comfortable for ski weekends, summer adventures, and everything in between.
To enjoy your trip to this mountainside property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.
