The condo features a nicely equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, along with a dining table perfect for gathering together after a day on the mountain. Guests also have access to a private ski locker, plus coin-operated washer and dryer facilities located nearby for added convenience.
During your stay, enjoy access to North Peak’s outdoor heated pool — the perfect way to unwind year-round. With its unbeatable slope-side location and comfortable amenities, North Peak is one of the most sought-after places to stay at Sunday River Ski Resort.
The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Ski in, ski out was awesome!

This is located RIGHT next to the slopes, in the AM you can see skiers pass by, it was well kept, well priced, and even better located!

Fabulous location

Great location! Was a little tight for the 6 of us with the lifts shut down for 2 days due to winds, but we made it work! Would recommend adding a bottle opener and matches to the kitchen utilities (we lost power one night) but would def stay again.

Thanks so much for this stay at North Peak condos building 2. The place had everything we needed, and it was conveniently located on-mountain so we could have a ski-in ski-out experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay at Sunday River. Mother Nature didn’t cooperate but we still had a great time. Condo worked well. Kitchen could have been supplied a bit better but overall it was fine. Ski on ski off was excellent. The stairs to the condo were difficult in ski boots and carrying supplies from car.

Housekeeping was unthorough- found stray earrings, a dirty sock, broken pretzels on the floor. Some lightbulbs didn’t work. No sheets on the pull out bed in the living room. Advertises as a “sleeps 8” but there is not enough furniture to sufficiently organize even 5 people’s belongings let alone 8. The condo is cozy, but needs to be updated. Plaster ceiling in the bathroom is crumbling in parts, the electricity doesn’t work in all of the sockets.
