Guests will find Cascades B-3 to be bright and sunny, with a full kitchen and accommodates up to 5 guests. Enjoy everything that makes Cascades special including, ski in/ski out right above South Ridge Base Lodge, indoor pool, saunas and jacuzzi, ski storage for guests with direct trail access, coin operated laundry, large common area with views of the pool, perfect for board games, relaxing and reading a book, or catching up with friends. Grab first tracks from right outside the door. Located just above the base lodge, South Ridge, jump on the Chondola South Ridge Express to access all 8 peaks. Easily ski back to the unit for lunch then head right back out. This unit offers large leather sectional sofa and bar for dining, balcony, well stocked full kitchen, full bath, sleeping 5.
~All beds are made with fresh linens, one set of bath towels and pool towel provided for each guest.
~This unit has both regular drip coffee pot and K-cup style.
~Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap provided in a starter supply
~Consumable goods including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap are provided in a starter supply
~ This building DOES NOT have an elevator
~This building DOES NOT have central AC
~Pets are strictly prohibited by guests; owners may have pets. Guests should be advised, there may have been pets in units prior to stay
~Absolutely no smoking anywhere in or on complex grounds.
~One parking pass per unit per reservation will be provided, no exceptions per security. Any vehicles without fully in view, valid parking pass may be towed at guest's expense. Additional vehicles may be parked at no expense in the overflow parking lots.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.

The host was very responsive and the location was excellent. Great views of the mountain and easy access to base.However, the condo was not as clean as we had hoped.The freezer was full of frost, with what looked like black mold on the edge. The ice tray was partially used. The Keurig was dirty. The shower curtain was absolutely filthy. There was an odor of cigarette smoke when we arrived which I later believe was just a dirty vacuum cleaner. The twin bed felt like I was sleeping on the coils.

Room needs an update. A number of things were broken/in bad shape. Shower curtain covered in pink mildew. Prior guest had left dishes in cabinet that were not cleaned. Check in details were provided late and only after I inquiried on the evening of check-in. It was convenient to ski out from and generally a good location on resort.

Such a convenient location!

Place is snug but listing is accurate. it’s a perfect ski in/ski out location! Communication with property manager was prompt and clear.
