Three bedroom three bath duplex located on Monkey Brook Road.. This is the road between the Jordan and Sunday River Golf Course and the Sunday River Ski Resort. Privately located but easy to get to everything in the area. Cozy living area with woodburning fireplace on the main floor, full bath that includes a sauna and kitchen/dining area. Washer and dryer right off of the kitchen area. At the top of the stairs on the second level is small area with additional sitting area. Three bedrooms one with a private bath. Full bath in the hall area with a separate room with a jacuzzi tub. This is the perfect ski/golf getaway!
