Enjoy everything that makes Cascades special including, ski in/ski out right above South Ridge Base Lodge, indoor pool, saunas and jacuzzi, ski storage for guests with direct trail access, coin operated laundry, large common area with views of the pool, perfect for board games, relaxing and reading a book, or catching up with friends. Grab first tracks from right outside the door. Located just above the base lodge, South Ridge, jump on the Chondola or South Ridge Express to access all 8 peaks. Easily ski back to the unit for lunch then head right back out. This unit offers mountain views, deck, well stocked full kitchen, full bath, sleeping 8.
~All beds are made with fresh linens, one set of bath towels and pool towel provided for each guest.
~This unit offers both regular drip and a K cup coffee pot.
~Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap provided in a starter supply
~Consumable goods including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap are provided in a starter supply
~ This building DOES NOT have an elevator
~This building DOES NOT have central AC
~Pets are strictly prohibited by guests; owners may have pets. Guests should be advised, there may have been pets in units prior to stay
~Absolutely no smoking anywhere in or on complex grounds.
~One parking pass per unit per reservation will be provided, no exceptions per security. Any vehicles without fully in view, valid parking pass may be towed at guest's expense. Additional vehicles may be parked at no expense in the overflow parking lots.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

No hot water, strong odor—ruined Columbus Day weekend (Oct 10–12)Review: We stayed Oct 10–12 with my wife and elderly mother-in-law after a 7-hour drive from NJ, looking forward to a nice holiday weekend. Instead, we arrived to find no hot water at check-in. After a phone call, I was told to flip the breakers, but we still couldn’t shower that night and no on-site help was available. We had to leave at 6:00 a.m. for our Mt. Washington train the next day without being able to freshen up.When we returned that evening, the hot water finally worked, but the unit had a strong smoke/marijuana-like odor despite a strict no-smoking policy. We also found the downstairs common area near the pool and sauna filthy, with the sauna not working and the showers there not in any condition to use. We left a voicemail about the odor and received no response. The first night was completely unusable for us, and the entire Columbus Day weekend was ruined. We were very disappointed with the experience.

We had an amazing trip! The condo was so amazing for pur family of 6. Ski in and ski down to the Chondala was spectacular.

Fun times!

We loved the property. Perfect for us 4 adults. Ski storage in the basement was convenient and it was just a quick ski down to the lift! Jaccuzzi and sauna were great after skiing. The pool needed some work. Fun things at Sunday River include the igloo and the fight
