Nestled on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, the property boasts a tranquil garden space with a 5-seater hot tub, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. The hot tub is designed to use hot water efficiently, reducing energy consumption while ensuring it's ready for use within an hour, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing soak while taking in the surrounding views.

The open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa and a smart TV, providing a cozy space to relax inside. The bedroom, with a super king-size bed and ample storage, offers the perfect retreat after a day spent in the hot tub or exploring the beautiful countryside. A shared laundry room with a washer and dryer adds convenience to your stay, making it easy to keep your things fresh and clean.
