The checkin process from quick and easy. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Room was new and modern. Breakfast was excellent. Three minutes walk to the beach. High recommended.

새로생긴 호텔이라 가격대비 시설은 괜찮았습니다.화장실 환기도 잘되고 방에서 커다란 바퀴벌레 한마리 보인것 빼고는 청결도 나쁘진않습니다.다만 냉장고가 제대로 시원해지지 않습니다.샤워후 시원한 맥주는 기대하지마세요.그리고 이곳은 직원들 서비스 교육이란걸 할생각이 전혀없어보입니다.지난주 5박동안 인사를 하거나 웃는직원을 본적이없습니다.특히 조식당 직원들 매우 불친절 합니다. 쌀국수와 계란코너 직원들 남녀할거없이 빤히 쳐다보며 무엇을 먹을건지 묻지도 않습니다.그렇게 일하기싫으면 다른일을 찾아보세요.마지막 체크아웃할때까지도 리셉션직원조차 인사도 없습니다.이곳은 더이상 다시 나트랑을 오게될경우 고려의 대상이 아닙니다.내가 기억하기위해 리뷰남깁니다.
