Good location across the beachfront and is walking distance to many restaurants. Helpful and friendly hotel staff. However, the buffet area is too crowded and the daily room cleaning service is inconsistent and often takes place at very late in the day unless requesting it repeatedly with the front desk receptionist.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Pool and Gym are good. We were 9 days in a corner room in the 41. floor. Fantastic overview of the beach road up to the mountains on the horizon. From the balcony we looked direct on the ocean with its islands and the Vinpearl amusement park in the distant. I would definitely recommend the hotel. A Starbucks coffe shop is direct at the hotel lobby ….

This is a great hotel and we had a very good room- our view was breathtaking. The only complaint I have is that we paid for late check out as our flight was leaving later in the day; however, our access room cards were taken away during normal check out time and we had to keep going back to the reception to get the Keyes that work. It seems that there is a communication issue somewhere between employees. When we came back the second time we were asked to produce a receipt to prove that we paid the late check out. This could have been done smoother, instead of making us going back and forth from the room to the reception several times- we could have enjoyed the last few hours more.
