Room was wonderful!! Staff was very kind and patient. They do speak English and Vietnamese. And they will make sure that you’ll have transportation to the airport. And if you need and umbrella they can loan you one. I will 100% stay here again on my next visit. Location was right off the Nha Trang beech. I got the ocean view room and it was beautiful. Restaurant are walking distance. Love the night life here

The room was nice. Clean, large, beautiful ocean view. The hallway and the carpet from the elevator to the room not so nice. Badly stained and as it is a condo/hotel - the smells from cooking food - not so great. The breakfast, lobby, the location were fabulous. The private beach was shut down due to the typhoon- not the hotels fault. The staff friendly. The overall experience was great.

Yes staff where good food was ok not exceptional , lots of smokers and staff need to pay attention to the smokers area as ash trays where left full and it was very distasteful. Had to ask for room to be cleaned on two occasions because come 4.30 pm they were not done. Location was excellent opposite beautiful beaches. Transport cheap and plenty of restaurants in the area. Would I return yes I would but needs management to pay more attention to finer details

Everything was absolutely perfect. The room, the buffet breakfast, the pool, the location but first and foremost, the staff! The service was impeccable and way beyond expectations. When my wife sprained her ankle on a city sidewalk, spa staff noticed her and whipped her to the hotel’s clinic where she was immediately attended to. Afterwards ice was brought to the room on a regular basis. When we needed to book a train ticket to Tuy Hoa, Ms Tran, Front Desk Manager, was more than helpful in doing the booking and making sure we had our tickets in hand. I could go on and on about the genuine care we received in this hotel.
