Communication & check in process was good. Very close to Niagara Falls was a big bonus. The house & neighborhood was very run-down. Furniture was dirty & overall the house needed a good cleaning.

My two children (12&13), dog and myself stayed for 2 nights while visiting Niagra Falls. It was about a little less than a 10 minute drive to the falls, which was great, but the neighborhood was a little run down. The house worked for us, but wasn't the cleanest. There was about a years worth of dust & garbage (including a Dunkin' donuts cup under one of the beds. One of the beds was broken, but I fixed it.

Nice Little City House

The house is directly in the city. It can seem daunting if you are not familiar with a city setting. However, the neighborhood was quiet, the yard is fenced, the garage is useable and the house was nice. The host was responsive to our questions and it was a nice stay. I did suggest they add a toaster to the kitchen and provide more towels for both the bath and kitchen. Otherwise, it was only 5 minutes from the Falls and very very convenient.
