Ambiance by the Falls was overall an excellent experience. Kevin and Anna (the owners) started our day with a delicious and varied breakfast, served on a beautiful set breakfast table. Kevin was especially helpful with local information and ideas for sightseeing. The B&B is located on a safe, quiet residential street about 5 minutes walking distance to the Niagara River Pkwy and the beginning of the Falls-related attractions. The room (the 'Green Room') was a little small, but adequate, with a queen size bed. The room and private bath were immaculate and in excellent condition. The parking lot behind the house provided safe off-the-street parking. Overall, Ambiance by the Falls is a charming, ideally located B&B run by owners who care about their patrons. They show it in the charming decor, the condition and cleanliness of everything, and most of all, in the delicious breakfast they serve every day.

2 nights in perfect location

A 2 night stay in very quiet area only a 10 min stroll from Clifton Hill & the American Falls. Ideal for nighttime fireworks viewing. Stayed in green room. Quite small but bed very comfy. Bathroom tiny but modern with great shower & spotless. Didn’t want an impersonal room in one of the big chains so we were well satisfied. Breakfast plentiful & freshly cooked to perfection. Really enjoyed our stay. Great value & lovely hosts.

We loved staying at Ambiance! We were there two nights. Our room and bathroom were immaculately clean!! Both breakfasts were scrumptious! It was an easy walk down to the falls. I’m glad we didn’t stay at a big hotel amongst all the chaos. We stayed in cozy comfort.

What a wonderful stay at an extremely clean property. The Inn Keepers were so pleasant and helpful that when we had a tour scheduled earlier than the set breakfast time, they went and made a special breakfast much earlier, so we could both eat and make our tour of Niagara Falls. We highly recommend this location for viewing the falls as we could walk very safely at night to see the light show. The neighborhood was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area but still very walking friendly.
