Front check in clerk was exceptional. Trinity is a gem of an employee. Her positive upbeat demeanour and her attention to detail in explaining everything we needed to know, before we even asked was appreciated. Not often do we encounter a person who takes such pride their work. As the first person guests encounter, the face of the hotel, she should be complimented for doing an impressive job.
