This property is good and only 7 to 8 mins drive away from Niagara Falls. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast is fine with usual stuff provided by all hotels in USA.

Beware of Bathroom

The beds and the room itself were comfortable for our family of 5. However, the bathroom was inconvenient and a mess. The bathtub was not sealed properly and water leaked from the corner of the tub and onto the bathroom floor. We had to keep a towel in the corner to keep the floor dry. The bathroom sink was not fitted properly and we could hardly get our hands under the flow of water. The faucet did not come out far enough over the sink. The refrigerator did not get cold enough.

I don't normally leave negative reviews however, this stay surprised me. The lobby in the picture is probably the nicest part of the hotel. It is very dated. The whole building needs to be upgraded and redone. Our room was clean. But we noticed when we left and came back, the room was warm and musky. Even putting the AC low, we couldn't seem to get rid of the smell or feeling of the room. The Tv remote didn't work. The beds were just ok. The breakfast was awful. The eggs were like oatmeal. Not many options to choose from. Then on one of the days, the lady starts packing up the breakfast station at 9:30a. Mind you, breakfast is until 10am. I went to get some oatmeal with the toppings like fruit and nuts, I turn around and it's gone. At 9:30am. No yogurts, no bananas. Nothing at 9:30am. Doesn't make sense to me. The front staff was friendly though. So that was the only positive. If you're looking for something super budget friendly, it will get the job done I guess with somewhere safe to sleep.
