The property was nice and price was good. The breakfast are was very big and food was ok. The beds were firm but clean. The front desk didn’t greet. You when you enter. Toilet didn’t flush well and no grab bars in shower. The toilet was very low to ground for seniors. All in all we had a good stay.

Front staff was great. Cleaning ladies were rude and cussing and complaining during breakfast. Made you feel uncomfortable asking for help with things such as asking them to check the roster since bread was burning and refilling the waffle maker.

Room is clean, the hotel is quiet, room size is great as well as the breakfast. A lot of dining options within the drive distance, 15 mins driving to Niagara Fall state park. Good choice for family vocation.

This is one night stay for some just to get rest.

Room was hot, and not smelling fresh, the air conditioning was off, the night lamp was not working, the toilet seat was too very low, fit for kids, not for adults. For the price I paid, unacceptable, this was not a Luxury Stay.

Neighborhood is surprisingly quiet as was the hotel. Plenty of towels and clean bedding. Staff were helpful at check-in including a list of local restaurants and directions throughout the hotel.

Big but needs fixing

This is the suite with 3 beds. The room is very large. However, the sanity sink is too narrow, not enough space to put all stuff. Many of the electrical outlets are not working. There's always some water leaking out to the floor and even outside of tge bathroom after showering no matter how we carefully put the shower curtain.

Rooms were spacious. Bathrooms are really tiny though! The staff didn’t service the room on our second day of stay. So we had to go and get fresh towels and the trash wasn’t emptied. Breakfast quality was good. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Parking onsite was very helpful!
