We needed a room at the last minute and they were very accomodating. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Convenient parking and location to the falls. We had a problem with the TV and the desk clerk came right up and showed us how to use it. went out of their way to make guests feel welcome.

Great hotel in a very good position for the falls and Niagara town also not to far to walk into Canada room was great and nice and quiet just 2 small issues no free breakfast which I did no before I booked also one of the young girls on reception completely ignored me while she texted on her phone but was okay next time
