It was very comfy ,clean and inviting whilst festive with beautiful decorations. The staff was always smiling and friendly. This is by far one of my fav places to stay and i will surely recommend it to family and friends. Everyone loved it.keep up the good works.

Polite staff ,very quiet property even with renovations in progress. The cleanliness of the room was superior to that of other hotels I’ve stayed at on trips to KC to watch the Chiefs. Definitely my first choice for future trips to watch the Chiefs.

They don't tell you have to pay a fee for self parking until a day before check in. It should free to guests and included in nightly stay. It's fine that there is not complimentary breakfast but when we went to sit down breakfast they did not have half and half or cream for the service coffee, only cream mate in little plastic containers. In that case they should provide free coffe because it's the same as the kerig in the room. Also, water served in coffee cups no glasses

I booked a king bed w/sleeper sofa with a falls view. When I got there, they reserved a room with 2 queen beds. I asked about what I had booked and the first lady stated there were no rooms available with king bed and sleeper sofa with a view of the falls. I took the one they gave me and the view was of the walls of another hotel. I went down to speak to someone, as this was unacceptable and then I was told they have no rooms that had a view of the falls. They have one that has a view of the river. Ok, I took that one. It was better but not great. The rooms were very clean. The bathroom shower had horrible water pressure. It took 10 minutes to get all the soap out of my hair and I have short hair. The bar was nice and the staff was very polite and as helpful as possible but maybe not as knowledgeable as they should be to work the front desk. I would try another Cambria but probably not this one again. I also have never been to a hotel where I had to pay to park in their own lot, $20! I’m already paying for hotel. Why would I need to pay to park there as well?

We had the most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with the Cambria hotel staff!! We checked in for one night the place was beautiful though once we checked out we realized the next day that we were charged a fee of $70 without any approval for charge! This is unacceptable! When we called them to check about it they told us that we needed to wait a few days for response after not hearing back from them we called them again and they said that they have proof of smoking in the room which is TOTALLY NOT TRUE!!! Me and my husband are non smokers! They can even check the cameras! Please don’t stay at this hotel! Worst customer service and they lie to you straight in the face of things you did not do there!
