The hotel was clean and well situated. However, our auto was broken into and almost all our belongings were stolen from the hotel parking lot. When I reported the theft, i was informed that there were no security cameras on the side lot. This is a huge deficiency on the part of the hotel. The police said if cameras were operational or in place, it could help find the thieves. Now we're left with much expense and inconvenience trying to replace all the stolen items.

We stay here all the time it was good as usual but the breakfast is lacking scrambled eggs and bacon for sure as well as fresh fruit that used to be there

The hotel is very good for the price and the rooms are big and clean. The elevators could use a nice cleaning .The staineless is very smurged and gives a bad dirty impression. It doesn't affect the cleanliness of the rooms , but it gives a bad image. Very well located if you want to leave Torono without the downtown traffic.

Staff: attentive, kind Recommendations: front desk was incorrect on the fireworks at 10pm. They do not start back up again until November. Room: Small but cozy, and was nice having a mini fridge and microwave, beds were comfortable. A few stray hairs left in the shower. Some more attention to cleanliness would be good. Location of room: by elevator, lots of noise and on night 1 we had rude people next door who did not have their door closed. They left the latch on the outside and were going in and out of the room slamming the door all night long and we got 0 sleep. Complaint was taken seriously and it was much better the second night. Breakfast: a little bit misleading. The picture on the ad and on the elevator showed a much different offering. But for free it was better than nothing. Overall 7.5/10.

Everything, went well. I wish I knew the cost of having my dog with me. Also I didn't know that I would be paying for parking. For my taste, the beds were too soft and the pillows were far too puffy. The property was clean and well maintained.

Nice place to stay, surprised there was a parking fee to park in their lot. Walls a bit thin, the couple in the Room next to us were heard as we tried to sleep.

My stay was defined by a severe noise issue and a complete lack of customer care from the front desk. I had specifically requested a quiet room at check-in. Despite this, I was assigned a room which is directly next to the elevator. The problem wasn't just the elevator noise, but also design flaw: every time a neighbor opened or closed their door, it created a loud, jarring slam that shook the wall, making it impossible to sleep through the night. At night I couldn’t sleep and I went to the front desk to request a room change. The receptionist refused, stating they could not move me as no room leftHowever, a quick check online booking portal showed available rooms. When I pointed this out, the response was not an attempt to solve the problem after confirming their manager but to dismiss it. I was told that I was "the only client to ever complain about the noise." This is not a valid excuse; it is an admission that they were aware of the problem yet chose to assign the room to someone who had asked for quiet. The core of the failure is this: They had the means to help me (8 available rooms) but chose not to under their manager instruction. Instead, they prioritized keeping those rooms vacant for future bookings over the comfort of a current, suffering guest. A hotel's job is to provide rest and solve problems. This hotel failed on both counts. The noisy room was a mistake, but after they spoke with their manager, they still chose the refusal to fix it.
