I love the staff, the lady checking us in was lovely, the breakfast room staff were friendly and helpful, always said good morning, your staff are a credit to the hotel, the room was lovely, the bed was comfy, shower was powerful and they provided shower gel etc, the only issue I would say was everything was disposable in the breakfast room, plastic cutlery and paper plates, too much plastic so not eco friendly but I would stay here again if I visit Niagara Falls again as it was a short walk to Clifton st and the falls, we walked over rainbow bridge to the USA side to ride on the maid of the mist

This is a nice hotel in a very good location. The hotel is a little old, but the rooms are well maintained and clean and bright. The amenities are good and the free buffet breakfast is good too. A little more choice and variety for breakfast would have been nice. The location is great, not in the centre of everything, but just an easy walk to everything Niagara Falls has to offer. The connection to public transport is also very good with the GO Bus stop just a short walk away.

Comfortable and clean room. Professional staff. There is a secondary parking lot for overflow parking (Ask to purchase a parking pass). 5-10 minutes walk to Clifton Hills. Morning buffet is good but can get busy. There are a few extra tables down the hall. Best to eat early.

Walking distance to the falls - if one can walk for 1/2 hour - super clean, staff very acomodating and polite. The only two observations are the colors, nunances of gray that do not give a good feeling, definitely not a deal breaker and the bed that left both of us with back pain both mornings. However, we strongly recommend this hotel for its overall quality/ price ratio.

We stayed in a single queen room as there was only the two of us traveling. Our room was extremely tiny, but it was also one of the cleanest rooms I have ever been in. I have zero complaints. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, they even stored our luggage for us on the day of checkout as we had a later flight. Breakfast was more than I had hoped for. The breakfast featured an assortment of both hot and cold items. The breakfast area was always clean and all items were constantly replenished by their amazing attendants.
