The property is very nice, the only mistake about the advertising is that is 1. 1/2 bathroom house, not 2. Other than that is very convenient and close to the falls.

Disliked: Communication
The highlights are location and cleanliness. However, other things were issues. First, the communication with the host was lacking. I sent messages regarding the status during the wildfire smoke and my messages were completely ignored. The site lists onsite parking but it's actually just street parking. The wifi code the host sent didn't actually work. The back yard was covered in broken glass. The beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. For one night, it was fine and convenient, but I wouldn't stay again for the price.

This house has 4 BR and 1.5 BA. (1 shower) Parking is on the street. It is in a rough part of town, I did not exactly feel safe. The house was renovated to the bare minimum. There are 4 cheap beds, and one was broken. The shower was dirty and the floor tiles were slippery. There was nowhere to hang towels. No towel bars and no hand towels. The closets were empty, meaning no hooks or closet clothing bars. Most of the rooms just have a bed in them. There were a couple of outlets not secure in the wall which is a fire hazard, and the shower knob kept falling off. Generally, the house was dirty.The host never responded to messages in the app. I sent several messages and did not get responses. They sent a few generic messages for check in and out but never responded to any questions. I would not stay here again if you paid me.
