You could have the entire house just for you and your family, in which it contains 2 separate units allow bonding time for different parties!
- Considering our guests would come from different families, we design the house one unit with entire second floor w/2 bedrooms & 1 full 3 pieces bathroom, a simple kitchen & common area. Another unit is including entire main floor and an ensuite, also common area :)
- When you are wanting to party together, just simply open the door blocking both units :))
It is only minutes away from the tourist attraction, both kids and adults would be able to find their own happiness down there at Clifton Hill and the FALLS. With unlimited free street parking and two parking spots available on the driveway, you could save at least $40 for parking in the downtown area by using our huge parking spots.
After a day of sightseeing, a comfy and relaxing home is ready for your visit!

Stayed with 3 kids and 3 adults. Lots of sleeping areas/options, great location for walking or driving to amenities and the falls. Could be a little cleaner (dust,floors) and I would suggest requesting extra toilet paper as there was no extra given and only 1/4 rolls left on fixtures for 6 people.

Niagra Falls

Totally accurate on the walk times to each of the attractions. You wouldn't have to move your car. Lots of parking. Clean and organized.

Short Walk to the falls

House was clean and space is tight. Kitchen is usable but tight quarters. For short term use works fine. The walk to the falls was easy and plenty of places to eat down there. Neighborhood was quiet except for one morning we did have to call the police becacuse someone was screaming out front. It did not bother us as we never felt in any danger. The house was close enough to save on parking when visiting all the attractions down by the falls. We even walked across back into the states to view both sides. Cool to see the falls and kids had fun so trip was a sucess.
