this is an old house with kitchen totally upgrade, we are located in a great location, only 3 mintues drive to the Falls, or if you want take a walk, it is about 30 mintues walking to the Falls. the public transit just 5 mintus close by, Train station and bus terminal just minutes away. next to our building, there have several coffee shop on the queen street, you can enjoy and explor the old town of Niagara Falls.
there are two separate unit in this house, one is for the guest, the other is for the owner, they have separate entrance, party have their own high privacy.
we have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the house for rent, each bedroom have a queen size bed in it, bedings including duvet cover were all dripped off and do laundry before new guest check in, so, everything is clean.
as we are in a very quiet neighborhood, no party are allowed inside or outside house, and no noise after 11pm, thank you for your cooperation.
