Property was okay and well located.Problem was no internet, no TV, no WIFI, despite several contacts made with the property owner. Also, in a daily basis we were locked outside the house because the lock code would not work. Fortunately we were able to call the owner which gave us another one.So, if you don't care about internet/TV/Wifi and the kitchen is very limited in utensils you should be fine.
