Clean rooms but missing accessories

The cost was reasonable and the rooms were clean but no soap/body wash in the dispenser in the shower. There was also no face towel and only one hand towel for a room with two guests.

Definitely older in rooms we stayed in. Terrible TVs. Was clean . Had to go ask for hair lower which is pretty standard in rooms nowadays. Also the older area had a main corridor then rooms on each side. Was very noisy at night. Could hear noise from other rooms. Main door needed WDForty…. Squeaked so bad everyone some one entered thru door. Breakfast was a joke. Nowhere to sit. Food pretty much gone. So busy on weekend there. They need a bigger room to accommodate people.

They basically charge you for breathing. You need parking? Charged, you have more than one person in your room? Charged, you NEED a credit card for security deposit. They don’t accept cash or debit (they were going to make an acceptation and take cash but upped the deposit if I was using cash) got the suite with a hot tub and they clearly don’t clean them. Turned it on and hunks of hair shot out from the jets. Bed was very uncomfortable. Will not stay here again.

The hotel was well-maintained. What made it even better was its location, it’s within walking distance to all the main attractions in Niagara, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient.

Review

The $20 per night parking fee should be made loud and clear at the time of placing the reservation. No coffee machine in the room and the breakfast bar closes at 9:00 is not good.
