We went to see a concert at the OLG Stage in Niagara Fall, walking 3 minutes to get there. Is walking distance to the Falls, casino, and many different restaurants, and bars. Property was clean, receptionist was nice, rooms were clean! What more can you ask for!

We liked the convenience of where we had go and the price of the room. What we didn't like was the lack of no bath towels or face clothes and bathmat when we first arrived had to ask for the bath towels but we didn't notice the bathmat until the next morning. I don't know what was happening in the room above us but from midnight to roughly 5am. We were woken up with loud banging and yelling, it sounded like they were tossing furniture around. It would calm down for maybe 30 minutes then start back up. We didn't call front desk because of it being a family run place didn't think they had someone there 24hours. we were surprised that no one else complained about this noise. We were trying to sleep because we had to to drive home the next day. There was no point of complaining to front desk on check out, we just wanted to get on the road. Up until the night the trip had been great.

We stayed in the family room with 3 beds. When we arrived, they needed to make sure the room was ready. When we got into the room it smelled like bleach. Had to air it out. Our first night of sleep was a bit hard the curtains are not blackout and the other little window did not have anything over it so lots of light shined in. We also had to request extra towels as they did not prepare for the 5 people staying in the room. The one bed also did not have a fitted sheet, it had a top sheet as the bottom sheet. The room did function for what we required. When we went to shower the shower head was not working and that was because they closed it into an off position. Should have just been left opened.

The bed-side table was ripped out of the wall. The room was freezing when my partner and I entered. The bathroom was moldy and gross and had no amenities.
