The place was really cozy. Spacious fridge, working stove, plenty of cooking utensils. Netflix being available as an amenity was very convenient for our entertainment, and the TV and modem being together made it easy to hook up a game console. Shower is capable of very long, very hot hot showers, air conditioning was good too. The master bed mattress is a little stiffer than my tastes, but that was the only thing I had some issue with as far as the property. The property itself is a little bit aways from the Falls itself, so there's not a ton of traffic in the property's immediate vicinity and the hustle & bustle only gets greater when you get closer to the Falls, which are only like a ten minute drive away. On a separate note not related to the actually property, but the management of it, there was an initial discrepancy with the security deposit after booking. The dates of my stay included Christmas and New Year, and despite the reservation being made months in advance, AND having already having paid the originally requested $200 security deposit, it was requested of me to pay an additional $300 deposit only 3 days before my expected stay. The reasoning given was due to the increased risk of damages during holidays. Thankfully, an exception was made for me when it was made apparent that this larger deposit requirement was never discussed in timely manner in any of the negotiations in the previous months, and they allowed me to stay with just the initial $200.

A great space with a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, very comfortable for our 6 night stay. Easy to check in, and they have thought of everything when it comes to supplies. It was a 23 minute walk to the Fallsview Casino area, so still pretty close to all the tourist attractions. My only complaint is there were a couple spots on the floor that had sharp metal floor trim for some cut out pieces of flooring (?) that were loose and I tripped over them, which cut my foot and caused my foot to bleed and be painful to walk on during our trip. However the unit looks new so this may be something that is still a work in progress!

Location was not great, there is not much around. It is not walking distance to falls. I might as well rent a place bit far but in middle of shops etc. Apt. Was good, new, clean. Communication was a challenge as Expedia would block property company urls. I had to spend time to meet all requirements of property. It took a week to get deposit back, that could be faster. From Apt management company, there was always someone to respond to phone/email. They have too many requirements and it takes some back and forth to meet their ask.
