Good motel for a day trip or stopovers.

It was a short family trip to Niagara Falls area. The motel has basic services, but cleanliness was good and appliances were functional. The gentleman (Nitish) at front desk was very helpful.

For a motel it was very clean. The double bed room was spacious. Rooms included a microwave and minifridge which were very useful. Despite being on the main road, it was relatively quiet.

Stayed in winter after a storm, the majority of the lot was not plowed, only a few parking spots making it difficult. The unplowed snow damaged the underside of my car. Room was clean, but lacked a central light - only could use the lamps or light at the other end of the room. Service was mediocre. There was ice on the stair and the staff did clean it when asked. I did not receive new sheets / towels and was asked to be in the room to receive them. Also asked if I wanted to change my own sheets.

Basic and clean with personable staff.

Our room was excellent. We arrived in the evening and the manager met us at the door. He was polite and offered to assist us carry our baggage up the stairs. Check-in was easy since we reserved our room. The room was basic, but comfortable and clean. We appreciated the quiet and efficient air conditioning. Parking was very nice.
