Hotel was old. Beds had old style springs. Decor was older/ out dated. Dusty/ dirty hallways, lobby. Shower was too low and tub floor was curved. Hard to stand in tub. Balcony slider didn’t lock. You could hear the neighbors all night. Hallway smelled like pot. Restaurant food wasn’t very good. No microwave in the room. Free parking was nice and the location was convenient.

Room was clean and excellent crew. My coffeemaker was broken for three mornings. They thought it was fixed the first day but it failed every use. I had to go to the lobby restaurant all three days. Two days I paid, one day it was offered by the front desk. I had a filet mignon in the hotel restaurant, it was supposed to be 6 ounces but it sure didn't appear that weight. Was $100 for my wife and I and I think I would have been better off at McDonald's.

This hotel was excellent! Location wise, it’s the perfect distance between the falls and Clifton Hill. We had a leak from the room above ours on our first morning and I cannot say enough good things about how quickly they moved us to another room. They gave us breakfast and tickets to Skylon Tower. Whoever is running this hotel is doing a great job training their staff on how to deal with issues and make things right. I can honestly say if I’m ever in Niagara Falls again, I wouldn’t even consider staying at another hotel. Also, it’s probably one of the only hotels in town that offers free parking! That was a major selling point for me, considering some hotels (also without falls view) were charging upwards of $50/night. If you want a good location, clean and safe hotel, and friendly staff, this is the place for you.

The room was clean. Well stocked with soaps, shampoo, lotion plus coffee maker and coffee pods. Refrigerator was cold enough for our beverages. Housekeeping and front desk couldnt do enough to make sure stay was satisfactory. Greeted when arriving/departing.

The room was adequate to my needs, comfortable and clean. The view left a bit to desire but it was nice to have a balcony even if all I could see was the empty pool and the back of Margaritaville. The noise level was negligible - overall it was a peaceful stay. The staff were professional and attentive and the location was unbeatable, especially with free parking.
