Great place, nice staff, friendly and helpful. Roon was comfortable and clean . Bathroom toilet could have been cleaner but otherwise very impressive. We liked the balcony as well and the noon check out suited our needs. We’ve stayed in hotels all over the world and for the price would rate this one excellent, definitely a 9 out of 10.

Family friendly stay near falls

This hotel is family friendly. I appreciate th or overall cleanliness, interactions with guests, and offering guidance where asked. Self parking on site was great, well lit, and felt safe. Walkable to main attractions. Overall, highly recommended, and will book again when visiting Niagara.

The hotel was clean and beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping was very good. I had to pay an additional charge because they said Orbitz made a mistake which didn't sit well with me. There was no microwave in the room which is something I always use. Parking was difficult because the lot next to this one charged so people would sneak into the hotel's lot. Except for once there was 1 space available which was nerve wracking because I always wondered if there would be a space when I left. One time there wasn't so I had to wait 2 hours until a spot opened up. I am still waiting for the return of my 100 deposit. The floor I was on was very nosiy in the middle of the night.

Very rude front desk employees. They did not honor Expedia's price that we agreed to. They charged me a higher rate (what's the point of using Expedia then?)The room was dirty and moldy in the bathroom. The rate of $300 USD per day is not worth it for Holiday Inn. The "free" parking lot was always full with no spots available. This is not a reason to choose this hotel. I would never stay at a Holiday Inn again especially in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
