Home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please follow the house rules:
1.There`s no place like home! That’s our motto. Treat this lake-house like your own home and take care of it. Suck the life out of everyday life and enjoy your stay!
2.Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property to ensure a clean and healthy environment for all guests.
3.Pets: Please Inquire- If you are bringing a pet, we kindly ask that you supervise them at all times and clean up after them. Please notify us of any accidents. We do have a Pet fee.
4.Noise: Good Neighbor agreement states, Noise curfew from 10:00pm- 9:00 AM. The city enforces this bi-law strictly. A complaint may result in the arrival of authorities and result in fines.
5.Timing: Please respect the check-in & check-out times. Reach out if amendments are required to see if they can be met.
6. Footwear: Kindly remove your shoes upon entering to help keep the property clean and comfortable.
7.Garbage Management: Before check-out guests are required to either sort or remove all bags of garbage from the premises. Failure to do so may result in higher than typical cleaning costs which the guests we are responsible for.
8. Please review Cancellation Policy.
9.Check- in form, guest verification and rental agreement to be signed before access codes are sent out.
10.Please note that renters` average age must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay at this property. Valid ID will be required upon booking and check-in to ensure compliance.
11. Length of stay: For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled to ensure the property is well-maintained and comfortable for the duration of your visit. Our stay was great! We had so much fun. The house was super clean and inviting. The dining room table in the photos had chairs with backs and the actual table had benches. This was not the most comfortable for those with back issues.

Perfect get away

Very nice and spacious house with excellent location. Walkable to the falls. The street is blocked on one end, which means you can drive in and out without getting stuck in traffic. Justin is a great host. My family and I hope to be back!

Nice property near the falls, a bit away from all of the Clifton Hill bustle

We enjoyed our stay at Justin's property; sometimes we liked being a bit away from Clifton Hill and sometimes we wished we were closer, but we were happy to be an easy walk to the falls either way. Would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

We had a great stay at Justin's property. The house was comfortable and clean. The location was excellent, as it was easy walking distance from the falls and other Niagara attractions. It was also only a five minute walk from Chabad Niagara. We would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I had a great stay at Murray Moments. The house was very close to the falls and convenient to restaurants and sights but in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. The house was very clean and updated with modern furnishings and decor. Our only surprise was that one of the four bedrooms was in the basement, so be aware of that when booking. Overall though we had a great experience!

Stayed for Ladies weekend away and was walking distance to Falls and Casino. Home was very clean and plenty of beds and seating for meals and relaxing. Was winter time so didn't get to enjoy campfire.
