The property was nice but definitely a sketchy area, a lot of homeless people and beggers constantly asking for money right on the corner. Like I said the property though everything was clean, tidy, and the casino was right there but I would not want to be walking around there at night without 4 people.

Dirty kitchen, no amenities....host asked about the cleanliness and never responded when I shared details for the lack of cleanliness. No check out instructions as well. Wouldn't recommend.

Lots of beds and bedrooms

For a big family it was nice that everyone could have their own bed. Everything else was as advertised. No issues. We enjoyed our stay and being able to walk to everything we wanted to see.

Wonderful space!

This property was wonderful for our group. We were in town for a concert and a few people in our group went to the casino instead. The space was perfect for our large group. Plenty of bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen and open living room space was great for socializing! They also have air mattresses in the one room so that if you needed extra space. The hosts were very responsive from the beginning when we asked a bunch of questions, through the booking process and stayed in touch throughout the weekend. It's a very clean property, and instructions for parking were very easy and posted in multiple places. When we go back to Buffalo, I will definitely be looking to stay with them again!
