Staff were attentive and knowledgeable. Room was to be a handicapped room. The following should be added to be a true handicap room. 1. Add safety hand bars in shower 2. Add safety hand rails on both sides or commode. 3. The location of the handicapped room 412 is along was from elavators. 4. Handicap rooms are better located on the first or second floors. In the event of an emergency that requires evacuation, and assuming the elevator does not work getting down one flight of stairs will likely be the most a person with disabilities will be able to do. 5. In general rm 412 needed some maintenance touch ups, especially in the bathroom. 6. Sign displaying hotel amenities was not accurate. We intended to have food from the bar on Monday and upon inquiring, were informed food was not available. 7. Room prices were within acceptable standards. 8. Continental breakfasts were good. Foods were hot and tasty. Good variety of foods and beverages.

Room was great with a beautiful view of the river. Staff was nice...breakfast was good...and close to everything we wanted to do.. Bill's stadium, Niagara Falls, restaurants! We would stay here again!

The first room we were assigned to had a very strong offensive odor. We were reassigned to a different room. The room had no hot water. We weren’t able to shower and my husband had to shave with cold water. The front desk had no resolution. There was no manager on duty, she didn’t know when the manager would be in “I don’t know their schedule,”no on call manager, there was no maintenance person available, she never apologized for the inconvenience, said I would have to get ahold of the manager if I wanted any compensation or resolution. They have no plan for solving conflicts.

It was a lovely and clean room with a wonderful view. My only complaint would be the lack of parking next to the building for handicapped/older folks late night and lack of street lighting for the long walk to the boating launch parking.

The hotel was beautiful! The bars and restaurants and area around the hotel was so quaint with several options within walking distance. Disappointed the bar was closed on a Saturday night, but there was a wedding happening upstairs, so maybe that’s why. We would definitely stay again!!!
