Wonderful property specially the location since everything in Niagara is in walkable distance. Early check in chargeable but could be beyond 11 am as legislated. Also the room safe was non operative and couple of bottles of water in the room can be placed. Overall a memorable experience.

PET OWNERS BEWARE!!!!

We had a terrible experience upon check in. We were told we had to stay on the 1st floor due to travelling with our small dog, bug the room required 12 steps to go up and was not accessible by elevator or ramp. When I requested a room on a floor accessible by elevator due to limited mobility and knee pain I was told that was not possible, later was told that could be done for additional $100 per night. I made this reservation 2 months ahead and refused to pay extra the inconvenience caused by hotel. We did not stay at this hotel as we had to find another place to stay. That day we were on the road for 12 hours and it caused me a lot of stress and pain to have to arrange a hotel in the middle of the night in the unfamiliar city. I do not recommend this hotel to pet owners and information about steps to the room hallway should be made available upon booking. Also parking was full and we were told to park on the lawn or garage about 300 feet away. Worse yet - they charged me for the stay that did not happen!

Property is dated. Rooms were in terrible condition. No room cleaning done. I was travelling with family and had booked a suite. Got a handicap accesible room that was patched up together with almost everything breaking down.

The staff was great. Our closest had no clips to attach coat Hanger's. No closet with all my jackets. It did not get fixed. The next guest won't have a closet. Soda machine out of order. The boiler went down, cold shower and no hot tub. We planned the trip on using Hot tub after being cold and wet. Computer crash made keys a pain. Easter breakfast was very good. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Parents drop their kids off at the pool area and go to the bar to drink. 2 people almost got into a fight as kids left unattended started to argue. Burger place closed early, around 8pm.
