The hotel is very close to Niagara Falls State Park with a lot of restaurants around. The breakfast was good and service was good as well. The only issue I faced was parking validation. The guy at the desk validated my parking ticket but when we checked out the hotel, headed out to the parking lot and exited the parking place the ticket didn't work. I called the hotel but the front desk lady was very rude and said we don't care if your parking validation doesn't work. I called the number listed on the parking machine as well but it wasn't answered.

Bad hotel just location is good

Very bad interior there was broken shower door and clogged sink. No one came for house keeping even after asking them. Hotel was not clean only thing good was location and breakfast

You get what you pay for

Hotel Location is excellent, within 5 minutes of the falls. Food options were good, breakfast was plentiful and available. The rooms conditions are ok for the price. Only issue was there were no towels in the room when we checked in, but staff took care of issue

This location was perfect for our family’s needs. We were able to walk to several attractions from this location, such as Niagara Falls state park, Rainforest Cafe, and the Seneca Casino. It was also super convenient to have food places located within the hotel for those late night cravings. The pool was a nice addition, and the staff was kind, allowing us to store our bags before check in time. The continental breakfast was also super nice and filling, as well as convenient. The hotel is located right next to the main downtown area where they hosted several activities and events for the summer. I would highly recommend this hotel for meeting our needs and more.

Just the only problem with the place is it’s old and needs some updating. The breakfast was not a very good one as well. We went someplace else for breakfast.

My room was dirty , blankets disgusting , they clean the room every 3 days If you stay only 3 day do not expect that the room will clean , breakfast not really good , the only redeemable thing is that you can wak easily to the falls is just 6 min away walking and you have to pay 20 dollars for parking for each night that you staying
