First off all when i booked online its said 20$ for parking but when i check in they said price change and charged me 25$ per day 2nd there was a gun shooting and ppl killed in parking lot cant move my car all day u think its safe to com back here dirty blankets i told at the counter no body comto change i hope i wont com again i will post my review in google

Don’t like the fact have to pay for parking that seems crazy to me. Also did not like that someone was knocking on my door at 11:45pm and there was no way I was answering it was just myself and my daughter in the room. I phoned downstairs and told them someone was knocking on my door can you just come take a look around and they said ya it was house keeping trying to give me new towels except I got new towels in the morning. Also to bad there is no mini fridge in the room that would have helped keep drinks cold.

The stay was not great .. the sheets were dirty as we noticed when we pullled back the cover to relax before getting ready .. they sent a text to reply if we needed anything but then never responded to everything I sent .. so that was useless.. we had to advise the hotel at the end of the night about the sheets and they brought more so we could cover the dirty ones.. not ideal as my text asked for them to be changed.. Also flies had gotten in the room and there was a weird smell as soon as we opened the door .. This hotel is old and definitely needs a renovation.. the tv is small and there is no fridge which is offered in multiple hotels of this star rating.. they want you to pay for it now which is ridiculous for a “deluxe suite” and this price point.
Clearly dirty sheets taken and sent within an hour of checking in.
Bed is clearly made showing that we had just pulled back the cover and noticed the stain

Convenient Location, however building and rooms outdated, very low lighting in rooms and bathroom. Mold in bathroom tubs. Linen did not fully fit mattress and you can see stains on mattress. No fridge in the room. Lastly someone was going around trying to open car doors the night we were there.

I give this hotel a 2 star. We stayed one night but was ok for what we. Essex it for which is just to sleep for the night. . The room was ok weirdly decorated and the sink would not drain. Tub and sink keeping making weird noise all the time. Bedhead fallen off once you touch it. Plugs seemed unsafe it was shaky. I feel the corridor carpet and baseboard was dirty. This hotel could have been better if it was kept cleaner.

Worst hotel and unsafe !! avoid this hotel

In the First Room the carpet was soaking wet, dirty carpet. In the 2nd room the door was unable to lock and anyone was able to go in without a key card. In the 3rd room that they offered the air conditioning had no control and was stuck at 12°. TV was old fashioned , no cable, and was blocking half of the mirror. The outlet placements are ridiculous, and you would expect at least outlets by the bedside. There were only 2 that worked, because the 3rd outlet was so loose nothing would actually plug in. Weak wi-fi, hairdryer is not working, carpet feels stuffy and dirty, fitness center inaccessible, 2 staff doesn’t know how to access the gym. Elevator carpet is so filthy and janky, you can’t tell if the buttons are really working. Arcade has a creepy vibe, which has one of the only other public restrooms, and as I was going to the restroom, an Old man came out of the Ladies room. This is unacceptable and unsafe especially as a family traveling with kids. Would never stay here or recommend this to even my worst enemy.

We stayed here from July 24-27th 2025. The pictures online are deceiving! We had to switch rooms twice because of how dirty the place was. It was dead bugs on the walls and behind the pictures glass on the wall. The hot tub was cracked the bedding had holes and rips in them. The carpet was dirty and older than me. The furniture had rips and caked up dirt on it. The housekeeping staff needs an in-service on how to clean. Thank god I brought my own Lysol wipes. The elevator was slow and made us feel unsafe to ride. The tv in the room is definitely older than my 19 year old son. Parking was $25 dollars a day! They should be paying us to stay there! Don’t waste your money on this place! We will never come back to this place. Just thinking about it makes me itch!!
