There is 10 dollar resort fee mandatory for quite a few "benefits", including two bottles of water (great) and the privilege of accessing the laundry and even more. The hallway is full of dubious smell reminding me of hospital rooms just been sanitized.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was so friendly and helpful. One of the hot tubs was out of service but they are large and we enjoyed the one we used. We found the pool area cold. You could hear everything going on in the room next to us and in the hall. So I would have to say it was noisy. I wish the rooms were more sound resistant.
