We stayed 4 nights. The second night we had to ask twice for clean towels. They finally brought towels, but did not clean the room. The fourth night, I went to use what i thought was a clean towel, but when i unwrapped it, there was hard candy stuck to it.

The rooms and hallway smell. There was a loud conference downstairs. The interior slide lock got stuck when we closed the door to leave so we were locked out of our room. Customer service was terrible!
