Comfortable and clean. Easy drive to the Falls on both sides. Steep stairs to enter the apartment.

Only suggestion would be to have a light outside the front door. There was one that went on after we entered but we fumbled with the door before we could get in.

Stan and Sylvia are the nicest people in the world. Very good communication. Their two bedroom apt. is amazing. Seven minute drive from downtown and River Road. Very very quiet neighborhood. The beds are so comfy. I cant wait to reserve thier apt. again when we come back to NF. Thank you Stan and Sylvia for your hospitality.

Good home base

This property is a great home base for exploring the Niagara region. Minutes away from the falls and Clifton Hill and only a short drive to other picturesque small towns including Niagara on the Lake. I would recommend this for anyone who loves getting out and about and needs a place to crash at the end of the day.

Lovely Stay

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was perfect for what we needed and exactly as advertised. The neighborhood is quiet. We didn’t have any issues, and communication with the owners was top-notch. The only reason I marked it down for cleanliness is that the sheets and towels, while fresh smelling and clean, were wrinkled and older looking. One suggestion would be to upgrade both like was done with everything else in the apartment. Plenty of space for a family of five! Slept comfortably. Easy drive to Clifton Hill and all Niagara Falls attractions. We would stay here again.

Quiet and close to Falls

There was an initial problem with the listing, as an amenity was listed that was not included and very much anticipated. However, the owners were more than accommodating, perfect with communicating about the error, and did all that they could to make our stay wonderful. The unit itself was comfortable, with all that we needed for our 5 day stay. Quiet, clean and convenient. ACs had to stay on to keep area cool. Bed was comfortable. We were able to relax and that was the whole point. I would give this property a solid 8 out of 10. Thank you for a great stay.

My first trip to Niagara

The apartment was in a wonderful location on a nice quiet street. We were able to walk to a coffee shop, a small grocery store and some restaurants. We became quite familiar with the Queen St. area and would highly recommend Havana ( a restaurant on Queen St) for their fabulous margaritas!
