Disrespectful Management.

This was the most terrible hotel we have been so far. The do not even have a common area micro wave. Even though my kids were weather swimming, the so called manager refused to get them use pool saying they neee shorted dreaa ehich is an insult to our religion. She was very rude and disrespecful. This hotel is not a good place for tourist.

Our room had a lot of ants. We checked in and bathroom had many. Our room was changed and second room was sufficient girl at desk helpful but I feel we could have been upgraded at no cost for the inconvenience. We are 3 seniors moving luggage up and down stairs it would have been nice to be upgraded to hotel. I think the young girl at desk wanted to but general manager overheard the ants are normal on outside rooms from the office
