Private entrance & room, the loft is an amazing Loft with gorgeous vineyard views. Nature lovers will be sure to fall in love with this Hidden Gem on the water. Very private with beautiful ensuite, a large shower with a rain shower head. Backing onto water, the loft has exceptional taste with a fireplace, its own heating/cooling unit, kitchenette, fridge and all of the comforts of home. Luxurious pima cotton sheets and high end linen, all spotless just for you. Continental breakfast included. Its own private entrance, go up the stairs, find an envelope addressed to you and enter your luxurious retreat, a home away from home. Overlooking a vineyard in the front with open water in the back, spectacular sunrises and a dock in the back with a fire pit table to enjoy your love of nature. A bird watchers delight, come join us to really see what life is like in our retreat. If you like fish, turtles, birds and many more forms of nature, you will love our getaway. You are welcome to use our kayak, 1 of 2 paddle boats or just to sit back on our Adirondack chairs taking in the fresh air overlooking the water. It makes you feel like your up north yet your in wine country!  We also have e-bikes for rental and regular bikes for use.  You are welcome to use our backyard, lower dock or the deck that is cantilevered over the dock. Turn on the fire table on the deck, whether you are roasting marshmallow or sipping on a wine from the winery down the road. Take it all and enjoy our spectacular sunsets. One complimentary parking spot per room.  We are always available to our guests. We do however like to stay our of your way should you prefer privacy. So, should you wish to chat, please reach out to us. If we don't hear from you we will assume you like your privacy and will accommodate your needs. For guests who like privacy- this is a perfect room for you :)  Pups are welcome with an extra cleaning fee.

Gather used towels
Turn off the lights
Please, if you create dirty dishes, wash your dishes. There is a drying rack under the sink, it overlaps the sink to drain the water. Please feel free to leave washed dishes to dry naturally.
Please also be sure to not have the air conditioning running the same time as the heat in the fireplace. Same with the windows. Please keep them closed if running the heat or air conditioning.
If you wish to bring out the trash (not necessary but if you choose to) there is a garbage bin in the shed that is at the end of the driveway. The shed is marked "garbage" & recycle is beside it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

open water in back (reservoir)which is not fenced in, ALL children must be supervised 100% of the time if allowed in yard, no exceptions.
