On the heights of Cagnes sur Mer, you'll enjoy peace and quiet, magnificent sea views and proximity to everything. You'll be just 7 minutes from the beaches.

You'll appreciate the layout, which allows you to be alone or spend time together. Spread over 2 levels inside, it offers 4 spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms (one with a whirlpool bath).
A vast living room with open kitchen opens onto a lovely terrace. There's also a sitting area with piano, sofa and TV, where you can relax or read.

But a stay on the Côte d'Azur is above all a stay outdoors! You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to enjoying the sunshine and azure blue skies. The pool area with its deckchairs, terrace and summer kitchen. The vegetable garden and jeu de boules area for unforgettable moments, or the living room terrace with its incredible sea view.

For moments with family or friends, you'll appreciate the table soccer and ping pong table at your disposal.

You'll also have access to a closed garage and several parking spaces.

You will have private access to the entire villa and garden. The villa is semi-detached. The main access is common to both villas, but once the gate is closed, the property is totally fenced.
